Pre-Construction
Building our customers projects starts with a good foundation. A solid project is built around the relationship between the client and contractor. Our pre-construction service provides an opportunity to develop a partnership on a project. Sharing a common project goal and working together as a team to accomplish these objectives results in projects safely completed on time and within budget. DSI's range of services offers the opportunities to accurately plan all craft specialties through all phases of a project. Saving money starts with pre-construction. -Accurate conceptual budget at the schematic phase. -Designed projects catered to budget. -"Open book policy" share all bid details to manage budget line items. -Recommend alternate details & methods to meet budget and deadlines. -Schedule design and construction activities. -Pre qualification of bid. DSI's pre-construction service allows our clients to choose their method of project delivery following the pre-planning phase. DSI can follow through with project execution by offering negotiated construction contracts or construction management terms. The client can also choose the traditional method of competitive bidding as administered by our planning team. DSI builds a strong basis for informed decisions during projects development while reducing the risk of surprise on bid day. Equipment

Diversified Services is equipped to move and set all types of plant equipment by way of Helicopter, crane, fork trucks, and flat bed trailers. We have a wide variety of rigging equipment to assist our people on these tasks. Construction
Support
Operating out of our Hayden, Idaho facility, the construction support division at DSI is dedicated to making sure that all tradesman on all DSI jobsites are supplied with proper tooling, materials, consumables and support equipment needed to complete the job on time and with in budget. That means our tradesman are never standing around waiting for tools, equipment or materials, so the result is a more efficient worker which results in saving the customer money and deadline being met. T&M work is supported by our construction support division 24 hours a day 7 days a week, which allows for quick response in emergency situations and faster completion of all phases of a project. -Single shipping and receiving location -Daily trucking to job site -Warehousing of all tools, material, and support equipment -Fleet vehicle repair and maintenance -Warehousing of: Scaffolding, Cords and Hoses, Generators, Rigging Equipment, Safety Equipment, Office Trailers, Welders and Ladders. |
